Whether you're lounging by the pool or out running errands, sun protection should always be a non-negotiable. Here are our top SPF tips to keep your skin healthy, radiant, and safe all season long:
☀️Tip: No. 1: Wear Broad Spectrum SPF Every Day — Yes, Every Day.
It’s not just for beach days! Broad spectrum SPF protects your skin from both UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays — which can cause long-term damage even on cloudy days. Make it the final step in your morning skincare routine.
☀️Tip: No. 2: Reapply every two hours
This is the golden rule. SPF wears off with time, sweat, and water — so reapply every two hours, especially if you’re outdoors. Pro tip: keep a mini SPF mist or stick in your bag for easy touch-ups.

Hi Milla!
That’s great that you’re going to start using SPF again – it is so important to stay safe. I actually have the Ciele drops myself, and its more like bronze “glow drops” that I mix into my regular daycream or SPF. It isn’t anything like a foundation as it doesn’t add any coverage, but a little definitely goes a long way as its very pigmented. I would definitely try it out, I love mine!
Thank you for the recommendations! I’m definitly want to check out Ciele Cosmetics, since they are vegan and Cruelty Free! I really enjoyed reading the reminders. I stopped putting on SPF everyday cause I stopped doing my skincare routine, but this is a good pick me up to start doing it again!
Curious, do you maybe have one other recommendation that is kind of like Ciele but maybe less foundation style and more with glittery? Thank you!
