Return Policy, Terms & Conditions
Returns are possible up to 14 days after receiving your order, given that:
- The item(s) are unused and in their original condition (hygiene liners attached)
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will not be possible and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have sent you the wrong piece.
Return your item by following the steps below:
- Read the return policy above.
- Print out the return paper, CLICK HERE
- Fill it out and pack it down together with your product(s) in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered in.
- Seal the package properly.
- Take your package to any post office service, we recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning your item(s) to us. You can then easily locate your package and see if we have received your items(s).
